this kid's name is cole ortega. he is from bend, oregon. while he was at the oregon coast, he was hit while surfing by a fishing boat and it sliced off his left arm. today he is alive and well WITH his own left arm attached. click HERE to read the complete story.

Oh my gosh! That is so sad, but happy at the same time because they found his arm!
