some days, no one knows you as well as your horse.

others, your best friend that lives 800miles away does the trick.

i've often wondered how it is that kathy&i stay so close, while

so far away. to be honest, i don't really care why we're best friends,

i care that we are. 

we sing.

we laugh. 

she tells me about the boy that she likes.

then, we discover we like the same boy.

(i'm entitled to have crushes on boys far away, right?)

we cry. (alot.)

i tell her about the kid that goes to mt. view 

that i flirted with yesterday, 

she tells me to go for it.

she tells me about her friend drama, 

i tell her to get new friends.

she tells me to get over myself and move on.

she doesn't care about the material things in life. 

we dance.

on opposite ends of the phone.

we exchange advice.

we ride horses.

we come from two completely opposite walks of life.

i love her, and she loves me.

and thats all that matters. 

love is never ugly.

i've seen this movie twice.

Calendar, meet the friends.

{hello, friends.}

This calendar has been my best friend for the past 3 weeks. EVERYTHING goes on this baby, because i have a hard time remembering everything going on in my life, and planners just don't do it for me.

So i took a simple piece of notebook paper and made it into, well, into a calendar. :)

Hence, my new best friend.
