things you might not know.

i like to drink out of mason jars. i love macaroni and cheese and french toast. i don't like to listen to music on cloudy days. i hate fixing my hair. but i like makeup. when i run, i run with my dog and my ipod. no other people allowed. i have playlists of music organized my mood. i love gray nail polish. my favorite quote: "the difference between trying and triumph is that little 'umph'." i like to go into stores and smell the perfumes. my favorite is midnight pomegranate by bath and body works. i've always wanted a henna tattoo. i brush my teeth twice in a row with two different toothpastes. i love exchanging cheesy pick up lines. i've learned to laugh at myself. i like pretty bras and panties, even though no one sees them. i love good hugs. i love sunsets. i like random dance parties. picnik is not photoshop. i will not get married until i'm at least nineteen. things that say "diy" frustrate me. and i have a hard time finishing projects. chas and i play the "tell me something about yourself" game almost every day. i love pinterest. leggings are not, i repeat, not pants. sorry. i like cats. and babies. bread is my weakness. my ctr ring has been on my finger for five years. crushing up an aspirin tablet and mixing it with water into a paste then putting it on a zit makes it go away. i like to sleep. and last but not least, i have no middle name.

:: i wore a beautiful robin-egg blue chambray dress to church.

:: i'm grateful for sundays. they give me an opportunity to reflect.

:: in the opening prayer in sacrament meeting today, we expressed gratitude for the amazing weather and break from the moisture.

-- a side note. during the winter and early spring months all the farmers say "we are grateful for the moisture that allows us to live" and it makes me feel bad for all the grumbling i do about the rain.--

:: we're planning stake legacy tonight at our meeting. so excited. we do ward girls camp in idaho, and so the stake plans a two day deal for junior and senior girls called legacy. its great, no big deal.

:: i love brightly colored cardigans.

just a few things.

1. i really like regular. regular people, regular days, regular lessons, regular yoplait yogurt, and regular sized orange julius, but its the days that are extraordinary that i love. 2. my bishop is hands down the best bishop i've ever had. he also has two fab daughters my age. 3. why, why, why, is it that i hate wearing costumes? if i didn't, the nativity next week would be no big deal. unfortunately, i am lame. 4. christmas is soooo close. 5. the music challenge of listening to only classical, christmas, or church music for a month is turning out to be harder than i thought it would be. however, i do like this alot.
