chicken... chicken.. um.. chicken nuggets!

i love it when the rawlins visit. this time, it was only laura, marshall, jane, claire and anna, but it was still one of the funnest visits yet. we quoted kid history nonstop, rode horses for hours at a time, chased chickens, rode quads, and had a duct tape fest. the bag that ryan is modeling is a one of a kind duct tape purse. i made it from scratch, and it is alll duct tape. it's fully functional and i'm quite proud. i'm now selling duct tape products. if you want something original.. i'll figure out how to do it. among the creations were duct tape bras and sumo wrestler diapers. creative? yup. fun? yess. complete craziness? uuh-huh.

hood canal and winter break

Its been a long winter break. We've spent a week and a half at SeaHut, which is in Hood Canal, Washington.

My dad and my brother Ryan eat these oysters whole and raw. I think they taste like salty boogers.

Everyone in our family had a coke open. i thought it was funny.

We were able to see my dad's sister Deb and her family. This was our feast. I don't like seafood all that much so I had a hamburger. lol

We went clam and oyster digging at low tide. Low tide was like at midnight so it was the middle of the night. This was a starfish i found. We couldn't pry it off of the oyster. hahah

This is my aunt Deb.

This is my cousin Rachael and Ethan.

Ummm.... Yeah i was baby talking to a little crab.

My mom and dad are so cute. =] This was when we took a ferry ride to Seattle on New years eve.

This is one of the crabs we caught.

Rachael clamming at low tide.

Our cat has a thing for fire. Lol

This is my sister Natali and I. She's a total spaz but she'll be hilarious when she grows up.

Another starfish

Deb and her family have a pomegranate tree and they brought one back to share with us. It was the best one I've ever had.

In seattle, we went to a restaurant called the Crab Pot. Ryan and Dad ordered the "seafood feast". The waiter rolled out a big peice of paper and dunped a whole bunch of seafood on it and told them to eat it all. -]

Me with all my windblown hair loveliness. With my adorable siblings.
Me holding a giant slab of ice. I swear it weighed 20 pounds.

Me and the kids again
The talons of the eagle we saw in Hoodsport were HUGE!!!!
